Emoji in stock messaging app

Is it possible to get Emoji from the iPhone to show up in the stock messaging app on the Epic 4G Touch? I don't mean on the keyboard, just in the actual message that was sent to me, it currently shows up as a little box with a question mark inside of it. I could care less if I can send Emoji, but I just want to be able to receive it.

As far as I know, this is not possible with the stock messaging app.
If you want a different set of Emoji, you need to install a different messaging app.

I am sorry, I dont know of any other app which provides a different set of Emoji than the stock app.
