Emoticons on Instagram and Twitter on Android

Anybody know how to get emoticons in IG, Twitter, or anything like iPhony users?

You need a keyboard that can place this range on unicode symbols:

You can also use copy pasting from that page don't search for "emoji" as most likely it uses private range symbols which iPhone and other phones used before emoticons was officaly included to unicode tables and Android does not support that
