Enable call waiting error

Hi

Can anyone help?

I have a new S4 on EE network. When I try to enable call waiting I get an error message saying "unknown response from network"

Anybody have any ideas on what i can do? It's so frustrating!

Try *43# instead from Settings.

I also have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with EE and when I tick the call waiting button it says there is an error with the network and it will not work which means if I am on a call and someone else phones me I do cannot answer their call and do not even know if they have rang. Can someone help me please.

Hi,
Did you have any joy in sorting out your call waiting problem on your phone as I just upgraded to the S4 the other week also on EE and I ma having the same problem.
If you can tell how to fix this fault I would appreciate it.
