Question enable double tap to wake through setedit

As you can see, there's no double tap to wake feature in the settings on my phone (only double tap to sleep) but in setedit (both in secure and system tables) double tap to wake =1. Is there a way to activate it?

You're asking a very specific question about an app trying to find random people who have the app, you're shooting fish in an ocean rather than a barrel. I could not find a web page for the app or the developer but I was able to find a few forums that had threads for the app. This would be presumably where people with the app would congregate to talk about the app, ask and answer questions.

A quick Google turned one up a forum for Setedit at DXA Developers another popular Android site.
