I am using a note 2. when I update android it somehow locked the phone. maybe because of an app didnt let phone start again. I had to turn phone to factory settings with deleting everything on phone.
then I encripted with the same pass. but I couldnt open my pictures on phone. how do you thing it could happen? how I could get my pics back?
any help will be highly appreciated.
