End call and hide option coming on screen even after call has ended

I have recently done the Android 9 update in pixel 2 xl. Now I am facing an issue where end call and hide options are still visible on the screen even after the call has ended long back. It vanished only after I restart my phone. Kindly help

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think I've seen that on my Pixel 2 XL running Pie. If there's an ongoing call and you're on the homescreen, you should see the ongoing call as circular profile pic of the caller with a phone icon in it, and if you tap it, you get options including End Call. What you're seeing there looks like it could be from a 3rd party app. Does it happen in Safe Mode? https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/2852139?hl=en

That looks like a 3rd party app. I have never seen that before on my phone.
