I was going to consider this over the S4 since HTC was finally going to have a smash hit before Samsung could drop theirs but with both coming out around the same time, I think I'll try my luck with the S4. Samsung devices have always been more reliable for me anyway. I still get chills thinking about my Thunderbolt back in the day.

Looks incredibly sketchy to me. Only people who could get a US version would theoretically be HTC employees, right?

He probably has the specs wrong but in the description it does say it has a 4 ultrapixels camera. But if you look at the 2nd picture when the screen is on you can see that it says tmobile on it so it is probably an international version

HTC would have a chance if they released the One before the Galaxy S4. Now, they are dead.

Really looking forward to this phone. Great features/great reviews, but HTC has got to nail it with the One. The pre-order counts sound promising, but they need to get this out and get the buzz going before the S4 comes out to have a chance at getting enough momentum to do well with the One. I don't expect them to outsell the S4 by any means, but the sooner they get it out, the better.
