End of June for ICS???

I totally agree. I used my GNex last night because to test the 4.0,4 update, and ICS is great. But there is no customization to the OS by the manufacture. Moto will add Blur and all their other custom stuff on top of ICS, so it won't put a pure ICS like on the Nexus. I'm still looking forward to it on my Maxx though just to see what they do with it.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the lack of Blur in ICS. I am running the .75 leak and there is minimal difference in appearance between the Gnex and the Maxx.

I was running AOKP ICS on my Samsung Fascinate for a couple of months before I upgrade to the RAZR MAXX two weeks ago, and I can say I'm looking forward to the upgrade. ICS makes a lot of everyday little tasks easier and more accessible. If it's anything like it was on the Fascinate, it will be a great user experience.

I'm glad there will be all of you early adopters out there to tell me whether or not it's buggy. I love my Maxx right now and the list of new features for ICS is nothing to write home about. I'm sure it will run smoother and be more efficient but that's not worth upgrading for until I'm sure everything is working like it's supposed to.

I will be denying the update for at least a week to see what you guys think about it. I was burned twice on OTA's to my Fascinate but you couldn't deny those because everyone was desperate to fix the GPS problems. The Maxx is perfect as is in my opinion once you put GoLauncherEx on it and have Widget Locker as your lock screen.

Thanks again for being my guinea pigs. :-)

I feel your pain because I too have come from a Fascinate to a Razr Maxx. But there is no way shape form or fashion that you can put those to phones in the same sentence. The Fascinate was a piece of garbage no matter how many updates it got or whatever you tried to put on it. The Razr Maxx is the best phone I have ever had and I believe the ICS will make it even better! Thats just my opinion.

Can't wait for the update. Thinking about just installing this ICS rom.

I can't wait for ICS aswell. The only down fault I see with the current operating system is that the screen rotation is a little slow and the key press sounds are very soft and I can't find anywhere where you can turn them up. Other than that, I came over from AT&T on a Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket and this phone is a night and day difference. Just the battery life alone makes the phone worth it. I went 31+ hours on a single charge the other day.

You can go into your settings, go into sound, and then go into volume and you can turn up your media. That should make your key sounds louder.

I bet the soak test will be starting on June 12 and released to public by the end of June. That's still Q2, right?
