Endompndo issue

I use endomondo on my phone. I added it to my watch so I can record the heart rate in the workouts. However, I go to start it on the watch and it says the following below, yet there is nothing on my phone indicating a need to accept. I'd used it before just fine, just don't remember if it was on this note 5, or my newer 8plus. It them says the 2nd photo message. Phone and watch are paired. Argh.

Maybe nova launcher issue

It is not Nova Launcher and it is occurring on both of my phones

Delete Endomondo from your phone but leave it installed on the watch. Open the app on your watch and it will prompt you to download and install the app. Once you do that and sign in, the app will be synced. I just had to do it on my Gear Fit 2 and I suspect the same thing should apply to the Gear S3 I recently purchased.
