[Energy X Plus] using a dual sim phone, does the data speed get affected?

I have a dual sim phone (Blu energy x plus) it is supposed to be 4G Lte, but when I perform speed test for data, I get very low speeds.

Do you know that if this is an issue?

Welcome to Android Central! The fact that it's dual SIM doesn't matter. What does matter is what LTE bands that the phone supports, what LTE bands the carrier uses, and if both SIM slots support LTE. For example, the ASUS ZenFone 2 only supports LTE in SIM 1.
