Engadget scores Evo higher than Droid X, battle won.

I feel bad for the intern that had to go back and apply all those numbers to those products. I don't really like them, they are good for a quick glance but other than that they are no good.

what's the point of comparing smartphones anyway? i'll bet most people pick the phone that gives the biggest bang for the buck on their carrier. for example, all of us are sprint customers. if they offered the droid X some of us would have a preference for that phone because it is so cool. so, the battle isn't won because there is no battle, sprint doesn't allow us to truly compare
