i updated my samsung galaxy s3 software, on rebooting it has been instruct to enter password but it is not displaying keyboard. it displays this message "Unfortunately Samsung Keyboard has stopped"

Apparently something went wrong with that update. That sucks.
As I see it your only option is to reset the device to factory settings and then rebuild its contents from the most recent backup data set. I hope you have one.
If that doesn't work your S3 will have to be repaired by your phone seller's technical service department.
