equalizer for separate channels like HTC 10?

Just moved from HTC10 to a LG V30. One thing I miss is HTC has an audio personal profile equalization function/app that was for the separate left/right stereo channels. You could customize the equalization of the channels independently.

Anybody know if there's third party equalization app that does that?

Poweramp is a good one. V2 is in the Play store. V3 is in beta testing now with an updated interface and should be available soon.
