Erratic battery charging issues since Marshmallow

Since the Marshmallow update, I've been getting erratic battery charging. Seems like when my Nexus 5 has anywhere from battery life in the teens left to almost full charge, USB charging or wireless charging doesn't seem to move the needle. But, if I have almost no charge left (ex: single-digit charge) or completely dead, somehow it's able to be charged to full. Anyone getting this issue? Thoughts? My Nexus 5 is bone-stock.

No. My Nexus 5 is charging fine both plugged or wireless.
