Hi all
I have a problem with my Galaxy S4. Let me sum up what has happened:
I am able to send it in for repair (and hopefully it will be covered by the warranty), but the phone will probably be gone for a couple of weeks. No one I know has the S4, so I can't do a quick battery replacement.
But: Does this sound like a battery issue at all?
Thanks.
I have a problem with my Galaxy S4. Let me sum up what has happened:
- I received a notification that said the phone had been docked (it hadn't)
- Tried to charge the phone. The charging icon appeared, but the battery didn't charge
- Tried to restart the phone. This message appeared: "Downloading... Do not turn off target!!"
- I restarted and pushed Power-Home-Volume Up and chose *not* to install a custom OS
- Phone started, charging worked, but the phone wouldn't turn off; it started automatically immediately after every shutdown.
- A bit later the charging icon wouldn't disappear when I plugged out the cable. The LED is red.
- A factory reset didn't fix the problem
