All of a sudden, about 4 days ago, my Contacts suddenly had 10s of extra contacts that all look like they are associated with websites I have visited. For example: 'amazon|co|uk/computing generated a new contact with an address 'store|underscore|news|at|amazon|co|uk'. Plus also individuals I don'y know, which many appear in the # group
I've deleted all of these. However, they keep on coming back.
I only sync to Microsoft. However, I have checked my contacts in Microsoft, Gmail and Samsung .. non of these contacts exist in any of these accounts.
They ONLY appear if I have Contacts to display (More | Settings) set to All Contacts. If I select any other option (eg. Device, SIM card, any account, WhatsApp, or even customized list with everything selected) these erroneous contacts do not display.
This is driving me mad !!! Does anyone have any idea why/how to fix ????
