Error 4504? No solution found yet.

Hey everyone, I've recently begun having this frustrating problem. On my Note 4, after the recent lollipop 5.1 update through Sprint, every time someone tries to send me a picture message, once it tries to download, it will disappear from that person's text screen, and pop up an unknown sender error 4504 message. I've tried soft reset, hard reset, cache wipe, had Sprint reset everything on their end, nothing yet had fixed this. Also, anytime I try to send a picture message, it toasts "unable to attach file" every time now.

Make sure the file you're attaching plus the text is less than 1MB. If that doesn't work, bring the phone to Sprint, with the text and the attachment and ask them to show you how to send it. (Try not to laugh as they get more and more frustrated.) Then ask them to please give you a phone that works and transfer everything from the old phone to the new phone. (Someone at Sprint is going to get a VERY nasty phone call from the store owner about wasting his employee's time by sending him bad phones or messing up your account settings, or whatever is causing the problem.)

Update, never found a definitive solution or cause to this, however, I switched my network settings from lte/cdma to automatic, and it worked for a few days! Just quit again. I am beyond frustrated.
