I live in an area where I often switch in and out of roaming and as a result, I cannot connect to data. This message is thrown at me literally every 5 seconds and has become extremely annoying. Anyone know of a way to disable this message from popping up??

When it pops up, hit settings instead of dismiss and go to roaming guard and uncheck everything, you will no longer get the POP up...

Or, menu?settings?wireless & networks?mobile networks?roaming guards, and uncheck all boxes...

If that doesn't work you might also try updating your Vision profile. I'm new to Android so I'm not quite certain how to do this on the 3D but I used to get this on my Pre once in a while and updating my Vision profile fixed it.
