Error installing TWRP via Terminal

I'd like to try Lollipop on my GPAD.
At this moment i've got Dirty Unicorns ROM (KitKat based).
TWRP Manager don't want to install me the latest TWRP version and when I'm trying to install it via Terminal Emulator, this error occures...
Would anyone like to give me some tips to solve this problem?
