Get this message and can’t do anything until I reboot the phone. I just get the question mark while reception bars have been greyed out.

I have reset the network settings a few times and replaced the sim.

It’s a simple reboot that fixes it but it’s super annoying. I’m on OS 11 on a s10 that was purchased unlocked 2 years ago. Using att prepaid as a provider.

I have been trying to figure out where to start for weeks now. Any suggestions?

Was this phone originally from AT&T, or did you get it from somewhere else and bring it to AT&T?

Have you spoken to AT&T support about this yet?

Bought the phone unlocked from BB and have always been on att. They always recommend resetting the network settings and SIM card. Now they are saying replace the phone before moving forward.

I got the message for my Tmobile sim in my pixel 5 when I transferred my business landline number to the Tmobile , happen to be data was turned off and Tmobile had to enable for that number , look into that or sim card issue
