Error Message

Every time I receive a phone call or sms I get a error message that says tts doesn't work contact me. I have no idea who me is, so I really don't know what to do.

I think that is pico tts which is the text to speech process that runs in the background. But I have no idea why you're getting an error with it. Maybe now that you know what it is you might have an idea what triggers the error.
