This morning I tried to open the Application Manager and I received "com.android.settings keeps stopping" message. And now I don't have access to the Application Manager. I have never seen this before, help!!

You could try booting into Recovery mode and wiping the system cache.

I just posted this same error that pops up whenever the BT setting turns off automatically on me. What's going on here?

I had an issue once where the settings menu would not open and I would get the same message. Turned out to be the theme I got off the LG store.
