Error while installing the upgrade to android 6.0.1 marshmallow on A3 2016

Hi,

I got the automatic message for available system upgrade for android 6.0.1.
after downloading it, the phone restart for instalation, after few seconds of starting the instalation i got the "error" message with the android icon laying down on the floor:


Note that occasionally my phone restarts itself without notice, and it happens even when just make a voice call with the base application.

I have A310FXXU2APC5 with android Lollipop *5.1.1.

Could it be one of the apps instaled?
What can you advise me to do?

Welcome to Android Central! The update may not have installed properly, so I would try reinstalling the firmware using Samsung Smart Switch: SmartSwitch: Install & update or replace firmware

Is there any whay to install it automatically? could you explain what's the problem?

I don't have the technical expertise to explain why these things happen -- but in general, firmware can become corrupt. In this situation, you have to try manually reinstalling the firmware, since the device won't do it automatically (since it already thinks it's up to date).

waaaw finally i succeed to install android 6.0.1 in my A3 2016, if you have the same problem you can follow this tutorial:
A310FXXU2APC5 5.1.1 Lollipop Update for Galaxy A3 2016 SM-A310F ~ Android Officer
but use Samsung Smart Switch instead of Samsung Kies.
I hope that this upgrade resolve the reboot issue
