Esim full card erorr

I using sim card at home , and package esom when traveliing .
I had esim from Globalesim.app and it works good. I delete there esim, and bought from airalo. Now it is apper that i dont have any esim, but when i trying to install the new one , i have an error .
"Esim card full"
Please remove esim planning
The problem that i did it.
I earase it and under connection, sim card manager i see no program to my esim.
I tried airalo support , samseng support and nothing

You already tried rebooting? How about wiping the cache partition? https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-note-20/wipe-cache/
