Yikes!Verizon is extremely difficult when switching devices. I had an attempt fail, so i tried to activate a physical sim. Verizon flagged my account for fraud and suspended my line. Good thing it was a secondary line and not my main line.
To get it reactivated I had to call VZW fraud. They sent my phone a link to open to upload my drivers license and take a selfie. All this to prove my identity.......
Now anytime i make an account change it gets flagged as fraud and I have to call them.
So annoying! I am moving all my lines over to T-Mobile!
That's horrible. I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because of their price increases, but your situation is much worse than mine. I've been with T-Mobile for about 3 weeks now, and I have no complaints. My data speeds are better with T-Mobile than with Verizon, and calls/texts have no issues. I hope T-Mobile works as well for you as it does for me. The main reason I chose T-Mobile is that plan pricing is guaranteed for 5 years.
