Even with my wifi connected, why am I still unable to browse?

WIFI connected but unable to browse

I brought my daughters Noza Tec kitkat tables for xmas and ive been unable to browse. I have turned off bluetooth and WIFI says its connected. However the Play store will not load at all and the browser will not work. can anyone help?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to connect to the internet on your home wi-fi network with other device and computers? Have you tried these tablets on public wi-fi networks, like at your local Starbucks?
