ever since i updated to 7.0 can't download apps over cellular network

ever since i updated my s7 edge to 7.0 i cant download apps over the cellular network. Only thru wifi.
I already did a factory reset twice and im having the same issues. Also checked download roaming and download thru cellular network on the google store as well. Anybody have this issue? i have a galaxy s7 from tmobile.

No issues here on mine. Does it give you any error or just 'stalls' while downloading on mobile? Do you have any other connectivity issues while on mobile data or just that one thing?

just stays "downloading" forever. No other issues regardless.

Do you have any type of Data Saver enabled?
You might also want to try going into Settings / Applications / Application Manager / click on the dots on the upper right of the screen, and select Show System Apps.
Go down to Google Play Store, press it, then go into Mobile Data, try enabling Allow Unrestricted data usage.

Check the other Google play programs for the same thing.
