Ever since update on 4/21/2017 camera will not open

I updated my phone while I was heading to bed. When i went to use it in the morning everything was working great, but then I go to open my camera. However, when I click to open the camera I get a pop up message saying warning:unable to open camera. I haven't been able to open it once. I then tried to use the camera on Snapchat and the rear side was all distorted and weird. My camera worked perfectly fine before the update so I'm not really sure what I can do.
