Every time my man tries to call me it forwards him to my voicemail... he is NOT blocked

Every time that my man tries to call me it goes straight to my voicemail and it doesn't even ring. I checked to see if maybe he had accidentally gotten blocked somehow and he definitely is not blocked. I don't understand what's going on and why this is happening. I would like for him to be able to call me. How do I fix this?

Bring the phone to your carrier and ask for assistance. Either the number is permanently blocked in your line, or you forgot to check something. We can't access the first, and we can't see your phone to help with the second.
