Everyone says Lollipop for S5 has Smart Lock, but where the hell is it?

On my brother's S5 his Smart Lock and Trust Agent are grayed out. Anyone have any idea why this is happening. He already has a pin for his lock screen.

Same for me. My issue was I had lock screen set to swipe so I set a pattern and voila now I can set up smart lock.

You can set your pattern,pin,password in settings/.....more/ vpn

Go into settings, click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner and type in security.
