everything has field working i cant open anything on my phone even my apps and music nothing

i have huawie Y360-U82
AND AM CONFUSED NOW all my phone does is to show this
1- unfortunately,android.phone has stopped.
2-unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped
3-unfortunately,huawie home has stopped
WHAT CAN I DO this began yesto
I NEED YOUR HELP CAUSE I TAKE MY STUDIES USING MY PHONE

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cached data. If you cannot get into Settings, try booting into Safe Mode first.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this also happen in Safe Mode? https://www.androidsettings.net/huawei-y360-safe-mode/. Also, try wiping the cache partition: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/huawei/huawei-y3-y360/recovery-mode/

If you can get into recovery to do factory reset , if that don't work reflash the firmware
