There's always a chance, but i doubt it since Sprint just made it official!

Also note in the Sprint email, the fine print states $400 list price, with $200 instant rebate, for $200 price with no mail in rebates. All in all this is great news

I think the email went out to premier members only (could be wrong) but got my email really early this morning (before 7am et)

Anyway someone on the other forums is saying Sprint tweeted premier people will get it the 21st earlier than everyone else, can anyone confirm?!

Also if thats the case how does that work with RS and BB preorders, I mean if your a premier its in the system so it shouldnt matter where you get the phone from, hopefully not a sprint store only early release!

Apparently Sprint does not even know the off contract pricing.
I contacted them today and they said the $199 is only for new customers/lines/$150 eligibility.
I asked what is the price for me then since I am none of those. I am only elibible for $75 + whatever my Evo is worth if I trade.
They said to contact a store because they only see the $199 price and I am not eligible for it. lol.
