EVO 3D Freezing When Unplugging

Ever since the last OTA update, I think around the end of August, my phone freezes when I unplug the charger. The orange charging light or green charged light stay lit up for about 90 seconds and then the light goes off and the phone unfreezes. Anyone else have this problem or now what's causing it?

Sounds strange. I'd try and shut your phone down then pull your battery for about 30 seconds and then place it back into the phone and boot it back up. See if that takes care of the issue.

If that fails Id hard reset the phone. (Reinstall the OS)

And if THAT fails it sounds like a hardware issue and you may wanna bring it down to Sprint.

i had the same problem, but i figured out why it was happening, one of the earlier versions of go launcher was the culprit for this bug and when i updated, the freezing went away. but not sure if that's the cause of your freezing, just letting you know what happened to me
