Sense widgets are nice and very useful. However, there are better options in the market.

I work for sprint, so I pretty much get every high end smartphone I want. The gs2 will probably be the next device I get. I just have a love for gadgets..

Any idea on an official announcement or release date yet? Is it really going to be that much better than the EVO 3D?

It's night and day for me. I administered my of EVO and my wifes Samsung epic galaxy s. Rooted for performance on both...needless to say she has my of now and I have a 3d. If you want a deal on a galaxy pm me. It's on Craigslist now...will be eBay material soon.

No official date yet. My guess is late august, early september... The gs2 is a nice device, but I think things got blown out of proportion in comparison to the evo. The evo will perform with the gs2 in every day tasks. The gs2 does seem to open up alot of applications slightly faster, but its hardly noticable.. The superamoled + screens are nice. Some dont like the colors, and prefer the qhd.. So it all boils down to what you want in a phone.
