EVO 4G Wifi Range Question

Last weekend, I decided to try the Sprint Overdrive Mobile Hotspot device. It has been working well for me. I have WiMax coverage. However, since Sprint has the 30 try and return promotion going on, I plan to return the Overdrive. It is a great device with good Wifi range. If I had only five devices in my home, it would replace my broadband.

Does anyone know the range of the WiFi on the EVO?

we wont really know untill someone gets their hands on one and tells us, We can speculate all day long but real world test is the only way to know for sure.

Word from my Sprint rep is that the EVO does not have as long a range as the Overdrive. But as Dj said, we wont know for sure till someone puts them side by side.
