asd216 is right... you posted late at night on Memorial Day weekend!!! There are always a ton of people on this site that are more than willing to help, but.... attitude will just end up putting people off from helping or tryig to help you.
Now that being said... you also need to give us a bit more info on your problem. Things like what method did you use to replace your screen, a link is always helpful. Also what screen (ie... what company did it come from or a link from where you ordered it) you used to replace your screen.
Also what hardware version your eVo is 002, 003 or 004. This will make a big difference as to what digitizer you need. 004 hardware versions of evo's use a different screen than earlier versions.
Now, not knowing any of the above info the best idea that I or just about any one on this site can come up with.... you must have done something wrong.
I've never replaced a digitizer or the glass that protects it, just not that mechanically inclined. But I can give you a few ideas as to what "may" be causing your issues.
1. Maybe you picked up the wrong screen for your eVo.
"Heres where what HW version & what screen you have would be useful."
2. Maybe you missed a step somewhere. Like missed reconnecting a connector or not connecting it right.
"Here's where knowing what method you used would come in very handy."
3. It could be possible you broke your replacement screen installing it.
"Again, what method you used and what screen type would be helpful here"
Hope you get your eVo up and running again.
