hey ROTOR....with that wallpaper u have, did u get the text on the leftside of the wallpaper to do anything?......or is it just there for show...i setup that whole look but couldnt set the text on the left for any shortcuts....thanks alot

You have to have a transparent icon to place over the text for it to do anything.

It is really easy once you get the hang of it. I can totally change the look and feel of my phone in about ten minutes. The best start is to get a good home launcher that can be easily customized. Like Launcher Pro (plus) or ADW (EX). There are a lot of widgets in the market you can download to use too. Look thru this thread and there are a lot stated. If you wanna know what one is just ask.

I can confirm that its in Fancy Widgets Pro under MIUI Clock skin. So you could get that or ild guess it would be in a MIUI ROM of course.

To the best of my knowledge, you only get that running a different ROM from stock. I don't know how to get that on a stock EVO.

That's the official miui clock. Chinese only tho. There are some that are close to it on the miui forums that are a modded fancy widget but there is one in the market (miui clock) that is nice only downside is no geo-location
