EVO Stopped Syncing Contacts.

Hi Guys/Girls!

My EVO hasn't been syncing my Facebook contacts since March. I know there was an issue awhile back but I am curious.. is there anyone out there who's EVO is still syncing properly with their Facebook account? Thanks!

First things first: People>menue>Export to SD card. Now what is current is saved.

Since you didn't mention going to setting's and clicking "sync" contacts I'll suggest that. You can also go to the Application>people, force stop and try again or finally "Clear data" which I'm pretty sure will erase all your contacts.

Twice I have had your issue and after Sprint could do nothing else I had to do a Factory reset and redownload the data from Google.

Did you ever change your facebook password in March? For a few months I realized my facebook contacts and pics weren't syncing...couldn't figure out why for the life of me. Then, one day, I remembered I changed my facebook password...I changed the settings for the Facebook for HTC Sense account and just like that, my facebook contacts were synced.

Ok I will try the things suggested here. I remember hearing that HTC was doing away with their FB integration so when it stopped syncing i assumed it was on their end. I'm glad to hear that it still functions!

Ok...RESOLVED!
I followed the directions below and it resynced all of the FB contacts! Thanks for all of the help!

1. Click on the ALL PEOPLE app that's on your home screen or wherever you've placed it.
2. Click on ANY CONTACT.
3. Click on the MENU BUTTON on the phone, then click ALL. (All of your contacts should come up)
4. Towards the very bottom of the screen, Click on the icon that looks like the EARTH with the lines circling it.
5. Click on the FACEBOOK tab. ***HERE I SIGNED OUT OF FB AND SIGNED BACK IN****
6. Click on the MENU BUTTON again on the phone, then Click REFRESH.
