No Contacts on my Watch 4

Hi There
My Galaxy 4 Classic watch has recently stopped syncing with the contact that are on my phone. The watch is only displaying the numbers when I get a call. Also the watch states 'No Contacts'
I have tried all the permissions on both the watch and the phone with no joy - any ideas?
