Evo USB Video Out instead of HDMI?

I am wondering if anyone knows whether you would be able to use the video-out cable for the HTC Incredible on the micro-usb port instead of the HDMI out for Standard Definition video. I would love to be able to stream SprintTV to the overhead DVD player in my car for the kids and it doesn't have the HDMI input. Verizon part number is VZW6300TVOUT.
