EVO Wireless Tether running RvU 1.3.2 on Mac

So i flashed RvU 1.3.2 on my evo, almost every thing works perfectly (4g aside, no 4g in san diego yet).

It came with the Wireless tethering app built in, and for the life of me i cant get it to work with my mac. For some reason my mac shows it as a Computer to Computer connection only, with no internet access. Is this correct? As in what the app was intended for? Are there specific settings i need to set to be able to use my phones internet through this application?

PDAnet usb tether works flawlessly...

Insight much appreciated.

No it's for tethering, that's why it's called that haha. Should put out an Internet connection

RvU and tether app works fantastic for me and my Powerbook G4... shows up under 'computer to computer' but gives great internet speeds over the 3g connection!!!

my wife can't wait for me to get home so she can hook up to my tether too... ifyaknowwhatimean... ;-)
