EVO3D random powercycling

My evo3d is powercycling at random points while its just sitting there... anyone else experience this problem..

I've seen it happen on mine twice: immediately after saving and edit to an existing calendar event, and when i tried to open the camera using the hard button.

Mine did it quite a few times yesterday... but since about 4:30pm yesterday, it hasn't happened again.

Mine is doing this now as well

Mine has done this about 4 times since I got my phone last Wednesday except it doesn't turn back on. :-\ I'm pretty "moved in" to the phone and don't really want to take it back. I'm kinda hoping its a software issue that can be fixed OTA.
