Excel and Word not opening Files

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Whenever I send Microsoft files to myself by email , the Word and Excel apps (I haven't tried Powerpoint yet) says

Can't Open File

Try Saving the file on the device and then opening it

I then save the file

It then says either

Can't Open File

Office can't complete your request right now, Please try again later

or

The file is corrupted

This is extremely annoying as the files open first time on my desktop computer and also if I transfer them to Dropbox they work immediately

As anybody got a solution??
