Exchange Email Feature Gone?

Hey there, maybe you guys can help me out with this. I'm originally coming from a Blackberry, and it used to be the case that on my Blackberry, I could delete an email, and it would give me the option to just delete it on the phone or phone and mail server ( not exactly those words, but something like that) I could delete it from my phone and when I got on the computer it would also be deleted there too.

Is there an option like this for my incredible 2? I looked but not really too sure what I'm looking for.

Figured it out, it was the resolve conflict option, set it to "Replace items on phone"
