Exchange Email Notification problems

I can't seem to get the Exchange Notfication sounds or vibration to work. Just got my Incredible. I have gone to the settings for my Exchange account and checked all the boxes for notifications, but it still will not work when i get new mail. Does any one have a solution?

You actually do it from the Mail app. Hit menu, more, settings.

Tried that. Still not Working.
