Exchange setup or Gmail setup

For those of you that use Gmail email. Do you have your email setup on your HTC One X via the Exchange setup, using PUSH, or via the Gmail account\app?

Any benefits to one, versus the other?

I use the Gmail app. It's perfect and works as expected. If you use gmail primarily it's the best way to go IMO. It integrates better with the desktop experience.

Like others, using Gmail my emails aren't getting pushed to my phone very quickly (anywhere from a few minutes to more than 30). That wasn't a problem when I originally set it up with Exchange Active Sync, but I prefer the gmail app to the built-in mail app.

Gmail for me. I like the gmail app better too. And, I think if you use the HTC mail app with Gmail, it'll create [folders] in your Gmail account...or it used to do this.
