Exclusive Colors Delayed 5-6 Weeks!

My cancel button disappeared a few days ago, I just have Exchange button and Return button.

Yeah that gets me kinda worried now... Who else has Customizing Order and March 8th date in the invoice?

Not sure what this means for me, but here goes. I placed an order on 2/18 for 256GB in red (scheduled for delivery by 4/8). I went to cancel and place the order through another payment method this morning. They cancelled everything in my order EXCEPT the actual phone. Now, the cancel button has disappeared from my order and I have been told by two separate Samsung reps that it is not cancellable and I can only refuse the delivery. I'm fine with it coming early if this is indeed the case (I only wanted to change the payment method from my wife's Samsung financing to mine), but i am not sure why I was unable to cancel it since I have done it in the past, even with it on the "Customizing" status as this one was.

Ordered during Unpacked. No movement yet. I think it will update after pre orders close in 2 days.

Hey anybody with an estimated March 15 date show any movement or anything so far? Mine hasn't shown any updated in the last week.

Well it looks like I'm going to hang out with the late crew and I'm not even ordering a "special" color. Lol T-Mobile botched my delivery of the green Ultra. I was supposed to receive it yesterday. Its a long story which I ranted on other threads lol. Now it's showing shipping dates of March 25-April 21!! Will I be able to scoop up a 512gb version at a T-Mobile store this Friday? If not I'm going to have a long wait lol.

YeH I preordered the Samsung galaxy red ultra 1TB on 19th and it shows delivery of march 8th.

Mine has always said expect delivery by march 8th.still have customizing etc.but I checked with cs at Samsung today my order is fine and still on schedule .the date is assigned when phone was preordered.takes 2-3 weeks for customizing.should get update next week.

March 8th isn't too far away! Keep us posted on what happens!

Getting an update through customer service is like having a conversation with a brick wall. I just tried to ask them what the update is on my order and they gave the most generic response of it being a special color, etc. etc. SMH

This is getting stupid now... They should of had a batch made and then go from there. Everyone else is getting their phones but because some of us ordered the exclusive colors ours is delayed by 1 month and now 2 months for those ordering it now.
