ExoSkin Over Screen protector

hello again fellow G2 lovers.. I'm thinking of buying those Vinyl Skins for my LG G2 such as XGear Exoskin Red Carbon Fiber Protective Vinyl Skin Film 3M for LG G2 at T | eBay

but it has a screen protector (obliq pure oleophobic) on it already. Do i place the vinyl over this or the other way around or is it an either/or kind of thing? how do i go about this?

I myself wouldn't put the skin on the front glass, but if you want to the only way it would look good is on top of the obliq pure oleophobic.
