Explorist Gen3 cannot set timer to vibrate only.

I've turned main sound off. I've gone into individual sound settings and tried to swipe the volume slider all the way to the left for vibrate only on alarm sound. It creeps back up a notch or two when I exit out of the individual setting.

What am I missing?
