Exported CSV file from data viewer

I recently exported my Samsung health data using data viewer on my Android oppo phone. How ever the CSV file format which is exported has data which is difficult to understand and compute. Is there a way i can get more sensible dta exported ?The .csv file does not show me the data for a particular day. I can see random data with a random start time and random end time. It is difficult to understand exported data
